We have many quick breakfast and brunch recipes to choose from! The chocolate protein shake makes an appearance in our blender at least once per week. The tropical smoothie bowl, smoked salmon toasts and berry yogurt parfaits are both quick and healthy. Actually, they're easy too! You can't beat that.
