Definitely! It is my favorite way as it’s so much quicker and doesn’t heat up the whole house. Roast the turkey at 350 F (175 C) for about 15 minutes, then start checking the internal temperature. Continue monitoring every 3 minutes until it reaches temperature, making sure it doesn’t overcook.
