Pasta lovers rejoice! You will love the unique, slightly sweet, flavor of this linguine that features prosciutto and capers. A simple and satisfying dish!
Happy Sunday! IMO, Sundays are made for comfort food and relaxation. For me, there is no better comfort food than pasta. I have always been a huge fan of Italian cuisine, and this pasta dish is no exception.
I wanted this dish to include meat, but I wanted something other than beef or chicken. Prosciutto is not something I would have considered until I came across this recipe. I was intrigued and decided to give it a try. Delicious! To be honest, it’s been a couple of weeks since I tasted this dish and the leftovers are looong gone, but as I recall it has a salty sweetness that I haven’t experienced with other pasta dishes I’ve tasted. It really is quite good.
One other thing definitely worth mentioning is that this recipe is quick (30-minute meal) and perfect for a weeknight. To quote Ina Garten, who doesn’t like that?
Update: A big thank you to Merry from Merry About Town for featuring this recipe on Monday Funday Linky Party 11-2-15.
