Use of Our Content; Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

The content available on Heavenly Home Cooking, including recipes, photographs, written content, instructions, testing notes, recommendations, graphics, videos, and other original materials (collectively, the “Content”), is created, developed, tested, photographed, written, edited, and/or selected by us through substantial time, effort, expertise, and expense. The Content is proprietary and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, the Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not use, reproduce, extract, scrape, crawl, copy, summarize, republish, distribute, store, transmit, or otherwise use the Content, in whole or in substantial part, for any commercial purpose that:

• serves as a substitute for Heavenly Home Cooking or its Content;
• competes with Heavenly Home Cooking or reduces the need for users to visit Heavenly Home Cooking;
• interferes with our ability to earn revenue from, license, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit our Content; or
• creates or contributes to a competing database, service, product, publication, or platform.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Use

Without our prior written permission, you may not use the Content for:

• training, developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, or improving artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, or other automated systems;
• retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding, search augmentation, or similar systems that retrieve or use our Content to generate responses;
• generating summaries, answers, recipes, recommendations, instructions, or other outputs that substitute for or materially reduce the need to access the original Content on Heavenly Home Cooking;
• creating datasets, embeddings, indexes, knowledge bases, or other machine-readable collections for artificial intelligence or automated content-generation purposes; or
• developing or operating any generative AI, automated answer engine, chatbot, search feature, or similar product or service that uses our Content without a separate written license or authorization from us.

These restrictions apply whether the Content is accessed directly from Heavenly Home Cooking or obtained through an automated system, crawler, scraper, robot, browser, API, intermediary, third-party service, or other means.

Automated Access and Technical Controls

You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, automated agent, or similar technology to access or use the Content in violation of these Terms.

You must comply with any robots.txt directives, robot exclusion headers, publisher controls, opt-out mechanisms, access restrictions, or other technical measures we use to limit automated access or artificial-intelligence use of our Content. You may not bypass, circumvent, ignore, or interfere with those measures.

Permission to crawl or index Content for traditional search-engine purposes does not, by itself, constitute permission to use that Content for generative artificial intelligence, model training, retrieval-augmented generation, automated answers, or other uses prohibited above.

Nothing in these Terms grants an implied license to use Heavenly Home Cooking Content for artificial intelligence or other commercial automated uses.
