Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked turkey breast
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked stuffing
  • 1 can crescent rolls [Note 1]
  • 1 cup gravy [Note 2]

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F (177 C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

1 cup shredded cooked turkey breast, 1 cup mashed potatoes, 1 can crescent rolls, 1 cup cooked stuffing
  • Roll the crescent tightly, careful not to let anything spill out the sides. Repeat until all ingredients are used [Note 4].
  • Evenly space crescents on the baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes. Serve immediately with warm gravy for dipping [Note 5].
    1 cup gravy

Notes

  1. Any brand of crescent rolls will work for this recipe. If using jumbo or mini rolls, adjust the amount of filling and bake time as needed.
  2. If the gravy is too thick for dipping, reheat it with a splash of water or broth.
  3. Feel free to add any Thanksgiving leftovers to the filling, like cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, or sweet potato casserole. You can customize these rolls to include any of your favorite dishes.
  4. Try to roll the crescents as tightly as possible without spilling to keep the fillings from leaking out during baking.
  5. Cranberry sauce can be a great alternative to gravy for dipping.
  6. These rolls can be assembled up to a day in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator. Bake just before serving.
