Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce adjust for heat, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.

  • Add the minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the chipotle peppers if you prefer more or less heat.

Notes
