Ingredients

  • cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream Or coconut ice cream if you can find it. You can substitute frozen yogurt or a small frozen sliced banana.
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • whipped cream Optional.
  • coconut flakes Raw or toasted. Optional.
  • maraschino cherry Optional.

Instructions
