- 1 small avocado Halved, peeled, and pitted.
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon seasoning blend Recipe above.
- 1 slice whole-grain artisan bread
- 2 slices tomato
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- pinch sea salt
Seasoning Blend
In a small bowl, combine Kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt, and paprika. Stir to combine. Set aside. Yields about ½ cup.
