Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk Unsweetened.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 medium gala apple Unpeeled and chopped. You can substitute your favorite apple. Gala is on the sweeter side. For a tarter apple, go with Granny Smith.
  • ½ large banana Chopped and frozen.

Instructions

  • Pour almond milk into a high speed blender. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, chopped apple, and frozen banana.
    1 cup almond milk, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 medium gala apple, ½ large banana
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
