Ingredients

  • 1 medium pineapple Peeled and chopped. No need to remove the core.
  • 6 stalks celery
  • ¼ cup mint leaves Loosely packed.
  • 1 medium lemon Peeled.

Instructions

  • Push pineapple, celery, mint, and lemon through a juice extractor into a jug, alternating ingredients. Stir with a rubber spatula to blend.
