How to Make a Blueberry Donuts

Sift flour, baking power, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl.
Add sugar and wet ingredients to a blender and blend.
Pour wet ingredients into dry.
Stir until no flour streaks remain. Do not overmix.
Add 1/4 cup of the blueberries to a small bowl and crush with a fork.
Stir crushed blueberries in the batter.
Gently fold remaining blueberries into the batter.
Pipe batter into the wells of a donut pan, filling each about ¾ full.
Bake at 400 F (204 C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
